We are proud of the highly professional care we provide in Chester and surrounding areas.Job DescriptionWe are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Chester as a Rapid Response Care Professional.As a Rapid Response Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide highly professional care services to older adults living in their own home including but not limited to
  • Administering medication
  • Personal care assistance
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Companionship
  • Light household duties
  • Shopping and errands
You will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with break each day between 2.30pm and 4pmQualifications· Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential· Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.· You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.· You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.· Full drivers' license and access to a reliable car.· Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential· Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.· You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.· You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
