Schedule: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needsAbout the RoleAre you an experienced educator with a passion for inclusive learning? We are looking for SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to students who require a more personalised approach to education. You'll work with learners facing a range of challenges, helping them build confidence, develop key academic skills, and re-engage with their education in a meaningful way.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's individual learning needsCreate a calm, structured, and supportive learning environmentCollaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent supportEncourage personal growth, resilience, and academic achievementPromote positive behaviour and model lifelong learning valuesWhat We're Looking ForQTS or equivalent (PGCE)At least 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience teaching across Key Stages 1-4Proven ability to support students with SEN and SEMH needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKSolid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Choose Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We are committed to supporting young people who need a more flexible and compassionate approach to learning.
