- Lead, train, and manage the Guest Relations Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
- Support with online bookings
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to promote professional development.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize operational processes.
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area for a pleasant atmosphere.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, including experience as a supervisor or team leader.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
