
Accounts Payable Assistant

- Processing purchase ledger invoices and inputting onto the system
- Assisting with reconcilation of GRNI accounts
- CIS return
- Dealing with supplier queries on invoices and look to get resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Managing everything up to payment runs
- Processing expenses both personal and credit card
- Experience working in a purchase ledger role before
- Experience of working in construction and/or knowledge of CIS would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders internally as well as suppliers
- Motivation to learn and develop and be accountable for your own standards
