The successful candidate will be offered a daily rate of £240 - £255, depending on experience.Job Duties:
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
  • Report to the Site Manager on site activities and issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Prior experience in new build housing projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
