We provide full support-including free training, CPD courses, and experience days-so you can start with confidence and enthusiasm.Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
  • Support students with a range of academic and emotional needs in the classroom
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help students stay on track
  • Foster a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and pastoral leads to overcome learning barriers

  • Graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain practical classroom experience
  • Patient, empathetic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills
