Working in partnership with Youngs Seafood in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operative.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice that offers training opportunities and great pay, alongside real temp to perm opportunitiesSHIFT PATTERN
  • 5am-1pm/6am-2pm
  • 6am-6pm (adhoc days or Weekends, 4x4)
  • 1-9pm/2-10pm
  • 2-6pm
  • Weekends 6am-6pm or 2-6pm
All shifts are available on a Monday to Friday full time basis, or we have the availability to offer flexible hours around your other commitments.START DATE/DURATIONProduction Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.THE ROLE
  • Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
  • Packing and loading produce.
  • General production line work.
  • Hygiene duties.
  • General housekeeping duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
  • No previous experience required as full training is provided.
  • Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
