- Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes using evidence-based techniques to aid recovery and enhance performance.
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, biomechanics, and exercise techniques to minimise the risk of re-injury.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, sports physicians, and strength and conditioning coaches, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Deliver individual and group-based evidence-based exercise sessions tailored to all levels of exercise competence.
- Facilitate group-based functional rehabilitation programmes centred around building autonomy through discussion and exercise programming.
- Design innovative occupational health programmes in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary clinical team and the client.
- Maintain accurate client records in line with Health Partners' standards and regulatory requirements.What we are looking for:We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual with a recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Sports Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise prescription principles, as well as demonstrated experience in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries.You should be adept at working with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and mental health conditions, and excel at tailoring exercises to meet individual needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the capability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A dedication to professional development and ongoing learning is vital.
