Job Description:Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Hospitality Company in London to recruit 2 immediate, temporary Accounts assistants for 6 months.Role:Our client is looking for 2 immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerks to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
  • As an Accounts Assistant, you'll be undertaking transnational finance tasks.
  • Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Daily Revenue recognition and reconciliations.
  • Daily Bank reconciliations and cash allocations.
  • Calling suppliers chasing missing invoices.
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with month end and year end process
  • Providing support to the wider finance team
Profile:The successful 2, temporary Accounts Assistants will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Accounts.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Retail Company based in London.
