Vision for Education is currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to support a range of schools across Portsmouth with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover from September.Whether you're seeking full-time consistency or occasional cover days, we want to hear from you.The RoleYou’ll deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences. Assignments vary based on your subject expertise and availability – making this an ideal role for experienced teachers or ECTs building classroom confidence.You’ll benefit from working in diverse school settings, gaining insight into different departments, and developing your professional experience.RequirementsWe’re looking for teachers who have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 in any subjectGood behaviour management and adaptabilityA positive, professional approach to teaching in different schoolsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What We OfferAs part of our team, you’ll enjoy:
