Head of Specialist Transformation | S5 | T&O | Milton Keynes | Internal MobilityCountry: United KingdomJoin our community:We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Transformation Leader for T&O, responsible for driving strategic transformation across technology delivery, with a deep focus on global service adoption leveraging a domain-oriented model, working where possible in agile, and must have deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.You will lead the design and support the implementation of the enterprise-scale “Santander UK GTM” and improve alignment between technology architecture and business capabilities.You will have deep technical acumen and significant experience leading transformation at a senior executive level. You will shape and execute the long-term vision for modern software delivery and tech-enabled business strategy.The difference you’ll make:Accountabilities:Lead organisational change management initiatives within the scope of the “Santander UK GTM” program, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption strategies.Work with business and technology leaders to evolve ways of working, shift team mindsets, and align leadership on transformation goals as we converge via the GTM program onto global domains and consume global platforms.Managing the enhancements of the service relationship between Santander Global shared technology services and our local Business Solution and Digital Teams.Providing the stakeholder management interface, developing and managing relationships with the key stakeholders.Managing local resources to ensure that relevant management information is produced, KPIs and NPS, to measure performance.Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to align delivery frameworks and reporting to successfully complete our Go To Model convergence.Lead all work required to achieve regulatory compliance within the GTM program ensuring relevant stakeholders are engaged and held to account for the outcomes.What you’ll bring:Significant senior leadership experience (Head of/Assistant Director/Director level) in organisational development, change, or people transformation within financial services.Proficiency in guiding and supporting individuals and teams through organisational shifts, including overcoming resistance to change.Track record of managing senior stakeholders, influencing at exec level, and translating strategy into execution.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery.Extensive experience in managing relationships with 3rd party vendors, external consultancies and platform providers for technical services and transformation delivery.Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering large/complex scale global transformational programmes.It would also be nice for you to have:Extensive Experience within licensing, contract renewals, QBRs & Service reviews.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related disciplineFamiliarity with regulatory themes like Consumer Duty and ESG, and management of risk and compliance standards.What else you need to know:This role is based in Milton KeynesWe want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop.
