​Support Worker Role in PenrithOne of our client, Glenmore Trust is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Penrith! We're actively looking for the right people and aiming for a speedy hiring process - this is a high-priority role!About the RoleProvide exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and physical or mental health conditions. Help individuals live fulfilling lives, both at home and in the community. A driving license is preferred due to the rural location. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives! Shifts & Pay (PAYE ROLLED UP)Day shifts (08:00 - 20:00 with sleep-in) and some 07:00 - 10:30 shifts.
  • Weekdays: £13.68
  • Weekends/Nights: £15.77
  • Sleep-in: £64.98
Minimum 36.5 hours per week required. Essential Requirements
  • At least 6 months' recent UK experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorships offered).
  • Enhanced DBS check (child and adult) on the Update Service.
  • BILD certified PMVA Course and Classroom Mandatory Training (we can help with this!).
