- Integrate major regulatory change programmes into wider business reporting.
- Monitor progress against FCA delivery plans, identifying risks and gaps.
- Proven experience in regulatory delivery and transformation, compliance or risk within financial services/insurance.
- Strong track record of executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
- A proactive, logical and professional approach with strong communication skills.
