- EVP Development & Activation:
- Support the design and development of Howden’s global EVP in collaboration with the Early Careers & Employer Brand Lead, working closely with Talent Management and using internal research, insights, and external benchmarking.
- Translate EVP pillars into clear messaging, toolkits, and assets that resonate across regions and talent segments.
- Collaborate closely with the TA Excellence team to ensure the EVP is thoughtfully embedded across every stage of the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Support the activation of the EVP across internal and external touchpoints including (but not limited to) our careers site, social media, events, and onboarding.
- Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of data-informed recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Comms, DE&I, Talent Acquisition, and external agencies to support the delivery of compelling content and storytelling across channels.
- Play an active role in developing recruitment marketing toolkits and lead efforts to ensure their consistent adoption across the business, enhancing brand visibility and candidate engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, supporting continuous improvement through data and insight.
- Own the measurement of campaign effectiveness and ROI, using data to optimize strategy, justify investment, and inform future planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement:
- Help create resources and guidance to ensure a consistent candidate experience and brand message across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders from across the business to support alignment and adoption of brand initiatives.
- Assist in developing content that reflects our culture, career pathways, and purpose-driven work.
- Actively monitor and apply industry trends to ensure our recruitment marketing strategies remain innovative, inclusive, and competitive.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or brand marketing, particularly within a global, matrixed environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and fast turnaround skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling slides and are confident building polished decks that inform, influence, and inspire.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with and support senior leaders.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Workday.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh thinking and innovative approaches to employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Comfort with data and analytics, using insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve campaigns.
- Experience creating or managing recruitment marketing toolkits, with a focus on driving consistent adoption across teams.
- Understanding of AI-powered tools and emerging media platforms (e.g., TikTok, podcasts, employee-generated content) to reach and engage diverse talent pools.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with an eye for authenticity and resonance across different audiences and channels
