- Create and implement sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools across the UKI and Europe.

- Evaluate candidate skills and manage offer processes, including reference checks, salary guidance, and offer negotiations.
- Provide market insights to refine recruitment priorities and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Enhance the hiring experience by fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Represent InterSystems as an employer of choice at local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Eligible to work in UK
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability to support roles across a multicultural, dynamic business.
