- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define strategic and operational requirements.
- Lead the documentation and traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine necessary capacity, technology, and operational functions.
- Evaluate various delivery options, from new construction to leveraging existing infrastructure.
- Work with the Business Case team to conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating workshops to gather feedback and build consensus.
- Develop project plans with clear milestones and deliverables in collaboration with the Juliet PMO function.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all requirements align with UK energy sector regulations and maintain traceability from requirements to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Requirements Manager or Senior Business Analyst in large infrastructure or energy-related programmes.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within the UK energy industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and people skills with experience in stakeholder management.
