- Prepare and review accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse financial data and provide insights.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and implementing best practices.
- A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Knowledge of UK & German GAAP
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
