- Paint application and body panel knowledge is essential.
- The understanding of processes/work instructions to deliver a consistent product.
- The understanding of workplace safety risk assessments and their meaning.
- Ability to make sound and logical decisions.
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proven experience and knowledge within paint application is essential.
- High attention to detail and quality standards
