- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple operational and client money accounts in various currencies.
- Perform weekly claims banking reconciliations and post into Netsuite.
- Support the Finance team during month-end close, including preparing account reconciliations and resolving outstanding queries.
- Prepare weekly payment runs for invoicing.
- Prepare fortnightly expenses payment runs.
- Prepare and set up various internal and external payments in the banking portals.
- Create weekly & monthly financial reports for AP & AR functions.
- Resolve queries relating to AP & AR in a timely manner.
- Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.
- You’ll come from a finance or accounts administrator role.
- You’re comfortable with Excel and ideally familiar with cloud-based finance systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
- You’ll show strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work.
- You’ll have the ability to work well independently and collaborate across teams when resolving queries.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment is a must to be successful at Zego.
- You’re passionate about technology and have a keen interest in AI and automation.
- Ideally you’ll have experience in working in a startup environment.
- Bonus: Currently studying AAT Level 2 or above
