
Recruitment Administrator (Early Careers) - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Provide hands-on recruitment support during the peak Early Careers campaign (Oct 2025–Apr 2026), assisting with high-volume activities such as application screening and interview coordination. Work closely with the Early Careers team and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth selection process and excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on recruitment support during the busiest period of the Early Careers campaign (October 2025 – April 2026).
- Supporting the delivery of a high-quality candidate experience across our graduate and intern recruitment processes.
- Assisting with high-volume recruitment activities, including screening applications and coordinating logistics.
- Working closely with the Early Careers team to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
- Gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from application through to offer and onboarding.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates.
- Playing a vital role in maintaining organisation and momentum during a fast-paced recruitment season.
- Screening candidate applications using defined criteria to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Managing and responding to high volumes of candidate queries via the Early Careers inbox.
- Supporting the scheduling, coordination, and logistics of assessment centres (e.g. organising assessors, managing invites, preparing materials).
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking application outcomes and pipeline metrics.
- Assisting with onboarding tasks such as Right to Work checks and administration processes like candidate expense reimbursement.
- Helping to prepare candidate communications and assessment feedback.
- Supporting the Early Careers team on other administrative and ad hoc tasks as required.
- A keen interest in early careers, recruitment, HR.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Previous administrative experience is desirable, especially within a people-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
