Permanent Audiologists – TaysideWe are looking for audiologists to work in a permanent role based in TaysideThe candidate would need to be comfortable working as the sole Audiologist in that branchStrong commercial background in private audiology needed.Need to be RHAD on HCPC.Full-time or part-time considered.Basic salary, car allowance, commission scheme.Base salary is £35k with £5k car allowance and an excellent commission schemeCommission scheme is competitive and is based on hearing aid sales within a monthWe are currently recruiting for an Audiologist to support our branches across GlasgowThis position is available on a full time or part time basis.The right candidate must be:
  • A qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser and have a valid driving licence
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for working as a team member in promoting Hearing Care within an Optical environment
  • Passionate about providing high quality care
  • Enthusiastic for working in a fast-paced environment
Core duties include;
  • Carrying out examinations of patient’s ears to determine the health of the outer and inner ear
  • Carrying out hearing assessments to determine the possible need for hearing correction
  • Carrying out wax removals as required (training will be provided if necessary)
  • Providing the best advice on which hearing systems may be most suitable for patient’s hearing loss and lifestyle requirements
  • Programming these hearing aids and completing a rehabilitation process with the patient through a series of follow up appointments
  • Managing hearing clinics, diary management and liaising with suppliers regarding products and technology requirements and stock
