Description:Public Area AttendantSalary: £27,534 per annum + Service ChargeAt Andaz, which translates from Hindi as "personal style", we empower each colleague to be their authentic self and create memorable, personable experiences for our guests.What you will do as a Public Area Attendant:
  • Clean all public areas and F&B outlets to required standards during shift
  • Clean and replenish public restrooms as per policy and procedure
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest and emergency lifts throughout shift
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to Public Area Supervisor
  • Ensure cleanliness of staff changing areas and offices as assigned
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as directed
  • Safely handle and report lost and found items in line with hotel policy
  • Deliver courteous and helpful service to all guests
  • Keep housekeeping equipment and storage areas clean and well-organised
