Cover Supervisor – Leicester South & Surrounding AreasAre you a graduate eager to gain valuable classroom experience? Do you have a passion for education and the confidence to engage with young people?GSL Education is looking for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Leicester South and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or individuals with experience working with young people in roles such as tutoring, coaching, or youth work.PLEASE NOTE - To be considered for this role you must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.Role Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pre-set lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Encourage student engagement and provide general learning support.
  • Deliver feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining discipline.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and student development.
