- Processing orders via: Amazon Vendor Central twice a week and Unleashed (order/inventory management)
- Liaising with our warehouse on orders going out and stock management.
- Monitoring and managing all email inboxes
- Checking stock levels and processing back orders
- Managing and clearing orders created overnight
- Creating credit notes for returns or order issues
- Booking collections with DPD
- Processing orders and uploading stock levels across various customer portals
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Excel experience is essential
- Experience with order management systems is preferable
- Comfortable with multiple systems and multitasking
- High attention to detail
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Willing to take direction from different team members
- No dress code
- Parking is available nearby and will be subsidised
- Reporting to various team members depending on task area
