Job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join a dedicated team in a Children's Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role is ideal for an existing Deputy looking for a fresh challenge, or a confident Senior Support Worker / Residential Childcare Worker ready to take the next step in their career.Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help lead and inspire a team of Residential and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. You'll act as a positive role model, bringing strong leadership, empathy, and professionalism to every shift.The children and young people you'll support present with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
