We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice of professional a Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants, who are recruiting for a Party Wall Surveyor on a permanent contract.This is a full-time role with a salary of £35,000-£55,000 (experience dependent).Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Providing assistance to the appointed Party Wall Surveyor / Senior Party Wall Surveyor / Director with the day-to-day activities on the matters
  • Preparing and producing neighbourly matters assessments, reports, party wall notices and awards
  • Assessing owners’ proposals, sites and the required notifications to facilitate the matter at hand
  • Assisting on other neighbourly matters such as access and over sail licences and agreements
  • Providing any other necessary assistance to enable the successful completion of the team’s instructions
Experience required:
  • At least 5 years experience as a Party Wall Surveyor or in a similar role within the industry
  • Technical knowledge and competence with the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Member of an accredited body e.g. Pyramus & Thisbe Society, Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, RICS
