- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated.
- Use a range of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences and promote active participation.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, schemes of work, and innovative teaching approaches.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to maintain strong partnerships and ensure the success of students.
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Music at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for sharing it with others.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
