
Hire Desk Co-ordinator – Site Services

- Processing of cabin allocation
- Create Job specific Quotation for the client requirement
- Procurement of Transport for 85 Accommodation account.
- Liaise daily with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure availability
- Provide clear and professional communication to both customer and colleagues
- Managing a busy hire desk responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person.
- Support Snr Accommodation Co-ordinator and Accommodation manager
- Recharges within the group – gathering damage notification and recording and reporting cost.
- Entering data onto the hire system call Insphire (training available), outlook, word, excel, and E Draw
- Responding and Organising Labour / sub-contract labour resources for breakdown to Welfare / Accommodation
- Using of E Draw for proposed cabin layouts and requesting approval
- Raising P/o and sundry invoices
- Photocopying – scanning, filing etc…
- Maintain accurate files
- Covering holidays – ordering, materials and plant and general office duties
- Provide support to members of the team to achieve high standards of quality, service, and
- Must have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Experience in the hire industry and sales or similar
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable team player who takes pride in their work
