Homelift Engineer - Leicester - Salary £28,840 per annum + Overtime + Call Out Allowance + Company Bonus SchemeJob description:Do you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for engineering?Are you looking for a field based role where no two days are the same?We're expanding our engineering team and looking for a field based Homelift Engineer.As Home Lift Engineer you will assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of our award-winning Stiltz Home Lifts in and around the Midlands region. What you will do:As Home Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Install our products at customer sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out servicing and repairs
  • Respond to breakdowns and cover occasional on-call rota
  • Weekly/monthly checks of vehicle, tools, and stock
As Home Lift Engineer you will:
  • Ideally, hold a technical qualification and experience in a field based engineering role
  • Flexible with travel, due to the nature of the role you may also be required to occasionally stay away from home.
  • Proven track record of service and maintenance of electro/mechanical products
  • Fault diagnosis on electro/mechanical products
  • Confident communicator with patience and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Full UK driving licence - essential
