£38,000 - £42,000 + VanJoin a forward thinking Facilities Management Service Provider – Electrician Wanted!Winner Recruitment is working in partnership with a reputable and well-established service provider that is expanding its team. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to use their working knowledge of electrical systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA's - predominantly focusing on electrical installations as part of a wider hard-services FM team.Role Overview:As an Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of various electrical systems across client site. This role will offer a variety of work including planned maintenance and installations of new lighting.Key Responsibilities:
  • As an electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned maintenance and new installations predominantly across lighting around fire doors and exits across a single site
  • You will be responsible for performing a mixture of electrical testing and fault finding across a mixture of systems including generators, lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarms.
  • As an electrician you will perform estimations of small minor works
  • You will ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • In this role, you will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help improve overall facility performance and efficiency.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support and contribute innovative solutions to meet the specific needs of each client site, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical qualifications including:
  • City & Guilds Electrical Installation
  • AM2
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 Test & Inspect is desirable but not essential.
  • You must have Security clearance or be able to pass security clearance
  • Strong working knowledge of lighting and power distribution systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Full UK driving licence (due to the mobile nature of the role).
