This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate who is passionate about commercial law and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting. As a Commercial Law Graduate, you will work closely with experienced attorneys and professionals, assisting them in various aspects of commercial law practice.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial law matters
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Assist in due diligence investigations and contract negotiations
  • Provide legal support in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance matters
  • Attend meetings with clients and assist in providing legal advice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance
  • Stay updated with changes in commercial law and regulations
  • Assist in managing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need Bachelor's degree in Law and a strong academic record, ideally with a focus in commercial law.In addition, you will also demonstrate;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and computer software
  • Prior internship or work experience in commercial law is preferred
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality
