- Provide expert financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Prepare and analyse financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Oversee due diligence processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and pitch materials for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and finance regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
- A solid background in accounting and finance, ideally within professional services. Or looking to make a move from Audit Big 4 into a Corporate Finance role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Experience in providing financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA,).
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A competitive salary of approximately £50,000 to £70,000 per annum.
