- Lead on Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web - from concept to performance analysis.
- Own the Content Pipeline: Create compelling content including blogs, case studies, video briefs, and web copy that speak to our global audience.
- Support Big-Picture Projects: Contribute to high-impact global marketing initiatives such as product launches, service line campaigns, and strategic rebranding.
- Enhance Our Digital Presence: Help optimise our website and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Track performance metrics, create reports, and make informed decisions to improve ROI and campaign success.
- Creative Collaboration: Work alongside in-house experts, sales teams, and external creatives to keep messaging sharp, relevant, and on-brand.
- Previous experience in marketing roles, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress or similar CMS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- A degree or professional qualification in marketing or a related field.
