Pay: £90 – £95 per day (paid weekly)Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team, supporting children and young people from primary through to secondary age.This is a full-time outreach role, working Monday to Friday during school hours. You will be providing one-to-one and small group support, helping children to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their goals both academically and personally.The role includes:Supporting children with a range of SEN needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural needsWorking in outreach settings with students who may not always be in mainstream classroomsAssisting with tailored learning plans, interventions, and alternative provision activitiesBuilding strong, supportive relationships with both students and staffEncouraging independence, engagement, and resilience in learnersRequirements:Previous experience supporting children or young people (school, care, youth work or similar)A patient, caring, and resilient approach to supporting children with additional needsA full UK driving licence, access to a car, and business insurance (essential due to outreach nature of the role)A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their potentialWhat we offer:Competitive daily pay rates (£90 – £95 per day)Ongoing support and guidance from your dedicated consultantThe opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people
