Start Date: Monday 3rd November 2025The RoleAs a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, helping children achieve their potential.- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.- Encourage positive behaviour and help foster a supportive learning environment.- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including playground duties, enrichment activities, and school events.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.- Patient, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a team.- Ideally experienced in working with children in an educational setting (though training can be provided).- Confident in promoting literacy, numeracy, and social development.- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.- Ideally has a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.What We Offer- A welcoming and supportive staff team.- Opportunities for professional development and training.- A positive and caring school community.- The chance to make a real difference in children’s lives.How to Apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
