
Executive Assistant (FTC) – Dispute Resolution & Risk: Strategic Risk, Government & Compliance

- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with clients and coordinate events
- Monitor inboxes, flag urgent emails, and ensure timely responses
- Open new matters, manage confidential correspondence, and maintain document filing
- Support billing, expenses, and invoice processing
- Assist with court documentation and maintain knowledge of court procedures
- Provide cross-functional support in finance, marketing, and paralegal tasks
- Ensure compliance with information security policies
- Provide cover and support across the wider EA team as needed
- Experience in a busy litigation environment, ideally with court procedure knowledge
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and team structures
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when required
- Fast, accurate typing (60 wpm)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with systems such as DMS, Aderant, BundleDocs, and Draftable (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence using the internet for research and a willingness to develop IT skills
