CMC Markets is seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship Target Operating Model Programme that will shape the future of our Group operations. Demonstrated experience in leading global business change initiatives is essential.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders including the Head of the COO Office, Global Head of Delivery, and Senior Business Analysts to deliver the Target Operating Model Programme from initiation to implementation.Accountable for driving the delivery of Project Norman’s strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timeframes, and stakeholder expectations.Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies; define and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery timelines and objectives.Evaluate programme scope and business processes to identify gaps, overlaps, or inefficiencies; drive optimisations and negotiate suitable adjustments with key stakeholders.Own resource planning and forecasting, identifying and escalating bottlenecks where appropriate.Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams; deliver clear, concise communications tailored to executive, operational, and delivery audiences.When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC MarketsTake all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentialityKey Skills & Experience:
  • An experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of managing multi - disciplined complex projects and programmes is essential
  • Experience of Target Operating Model transformation and working with outsourced partners is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working in regulated environments
  • Proactive in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Advanced communication, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks large and small
  • Attention to details
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to change
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Change Manager
