
Global Employment Counsel (Global Projects), London or Dublin

- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and global business stakeholders to help inform global strategy and build global policies and practices (including HR Ops/ER/Mobility, Ethics, HR Compliance).
- Manage strategic global employment law projects, including collaboration with regional employment lawyers and SMEs.
- Serve as a strong contributor on legal compliance matters relating to employment issues.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance relating to employment issues for new business lines and markets globally.
- Create and lead training on global employment law issues.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified to practice in the UK or Ireland and 5+ years PQE.
- Significant employment law experience in private practice with a highly regarded firm and/or a corporate legal department. Global employment law experience required.
- Proven ability navigating global employment law issues in various regions, including experience with works councils and legal consultation obligations, global investigations, global mobility issues, and global HR compliance issues.
- Demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work as a team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues from the Global Legal team and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including exceptional legal writing skills and the ability to craft persuasive and concise briefs.Preferred Qualifications
