- Preparing daily quotations with external customers on the French market
- Checking purchase orders and entering them into SAP
- Liaising with various departments such as , Operations, Finance, Sales and Finance departments to gather info to support product management department, including updating demand planning file using Excel.
- Liaising with external customer and internal finance to ensure payments are processed in line with due dates. Follow up with customer as required
- Collaborating with external sales and planning to ensure understand material inventory and
- Providing regular and timely customer interface via teams, phone calls and emails.
- 3 years minimum experience in a customer facing or sales quoting/order processing similar role.
- Experienced multiltasker, working effectively and in a timely manner, thriving in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to understand the customers´requirements in French and relate this back in English to the manufacturing sites.
- Excellent B2B communicator with proven experience in this field, tracking open quotes and following through on all aspect of orders
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in an effective and calmly manner.
