We need people like you to ensure they can live as independently as possible.If you are a warm and encouraging person who enjoys a variety of activities and are passionate about helping people to access their community, then we want to hear from you. This role will involve a real hands-on approach as you will be supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is interested in music, shopping or eating out but can also respect when people need a quieter moment during the day.You could be part of our team and help to support people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best lives!For this role we need you to be a driver with a full UK driving licence that you have held for over a year for insurance purposes. You must be willing to drive a mobility vehicle, so you can get around Leicester and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support.You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and alternate weekends between the hours of 7am-10pm.So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.Why Join Us?What will we do?We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker.
