
Electrical Technician

- Diagnose and repair AC/DC control systems, motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment using tools such as digital multimeters, schematics, and diagnostic software
- Conduct electrical and mechanical fabrication including welding, sheet metal work, and maintenance of piping, transformers, and lighting systems
- Accurately document repair work and time using SAP/PUMA, and provide detailed fault and repair feedback for structured analysis
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support efficient, continuous plant operations
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures (LOTO, PPE), keep a clean and organized workspace, and be available for overtime and vacancy coverage
- Associate degree or certificate in an electrical field preferred, or 1.5+ years of experience in electrical work (technical proficiency test required if no degree held)
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, analog I/O, AC/DC drives, servo systems, and strong computer literacy (Microsoft Windows applications)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship or relocation available for this role
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work safely and professionally in a fast-paced production environment
