Work within the Emergency Duty Team, which caters to both adults and children with a specific focus on children’s care. This role does not involve the AMHP responsibilities for Gloucestershire’s EDT.   • Respond to emergency safeguarding situations involving children, young people, and vulnerable adults during out-of-hours periods.
  • Utilise a wide range of skills and sound judgment to assess situations and make crucial decisions under pressure.
  • Coordinate with a variety of agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client welfare and safety.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team to maintain effective communication and support.
  • Be available and adaptable to cover evening and weekend shifts, ensuring readiness to tackle spontaneous challenges.
