- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring smooth, efficient and profitable site performance.
- Drive sales performance and meet volume, profit and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage a multi-functional team, including sales, service, valeting and administration staff.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered across all departments.
- Manage stock levels, vehicle preparation, pricing strategy and forecourt presentation to maximise turnover and profit margins.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with finance, warranty and trade partners.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase footfall and online engagement.
- Proven track record in a General Manager role at a Used Car Supermarket or high volume Used Car Dealer.
- Excellent knowledge of sales process, procedures and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to managing performance and spend.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic Salary of £40,000 per annum.
