You'll work directly with traders, quants, and technologists to ensure smooth operations, build tools, and enhance workflows on a high-performance trading desk.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live trading systems across global markets
  • Maintain and develop critical tools for the trading desk
  • Automate workflows and streamline data pipelines
  • Liaise across teams to resolve issues quickly and improve desk efficiency
  • Gain exposure to the full trade lifecycle, from pre-trade analysis to post-trade reconciliation
As you grow in the role, you'll take on more technical responsibilities, including tool development, deeper infrastructure work, and ownership of mission-critical systems.Ideal Candidate:
  • STEM degree from a top-ranked university with excellent results
  • A at A-level Maths (or equivalent)
  • Excel skills
  • Coding experience in any language (Python, VBA, C++, Go, Rust etc.)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • No prior financial experience needed, just technical ability and a sharp mind
