Your role will be to help train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.There is 2 restaurants within the site, one serving premium a la carte and the other more relaxed all day dining. All the food is sources within 20kilometers from the site and there is seasonal menu changes.This would suit a sous chef that has worked in a restaurant hotel or gastropub operation, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants with fresh food or seafood.
