The Deputy Nursery Manager will have a proven track record of being able to lead a team and garner results. The setting provides many learning opportunities for the children to learn new skills, providing activities that stimulate their interests and develop key cognitive and motor skills. The Deputy Nursery manager will need to be qualified, reliable and possess a energetic and positive attitude.The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working within/managing a nursery setting
  • Ability to provide support to staff, children and parents
  • Strong management skills
  • Possess an enthusiastic and motivational attitude
  • Have strong organisational skills
