This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the food production industry.After completing 12 successful weeks as a temporary worker, you'll be offered a permanent position - giving you job security and a chance to grow within the business.The role involves a variety of different tasks carried out in accordance with specific requirements to meet Food Safety Standards.Production Operative Key Responsibilities:· Packing and labelling food products with accuracy and care
· Manual lifting and handling of goods and materials
· Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met
· Working efficiently on a fast-paced production line
· Shifts: Days (6am-6pm) or Nights (6pm-6am), transitioning to a 4 on / 4 off shift patternWhat We Offer:· A warm, clean, and safe working environment
