
Graduate Placement – Product Management (12-24 Months)

- You will acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.
- Communicate with Sales / Customers to collate relevant data
- Analyse customer data
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Communicate with Design where new motor variants are required
- Participate in quality methods to determine failure root cause
- Prepare technical reference documents (e.g. datasheets)
- Support the project manager and project team within new development projects
- Assist with planning innovation pipeline
- Assist with defining requirements based on customer feedback
- Ensure “voice of the customer” is present throughout product development process
- Conduct market research and prepare analyses
- Prepare product roadmaps
- Prepare strategy documents
- Assist with maintaining product configurator.
- Assist with product benchmark planning and reporting
- Prepare strategy documents
- Assist with product lifecycle planning
- Timely completion of technical enquiries / deviations
- Good quality Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree.
- Experience of working within a multifunctional engineering company.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and produce clear and concise work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent MS Office capability and understanding.
