- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of property fabric components.
- Identify and address minor repairs, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of refurbishment projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of facilities.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment required for property repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide support in emergency situations, including out-of-hours callouts when necessary.
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Practical knowledge of building fabric repairs, including carpentry, plastering, and decorating.
- Understanding of health and safety standards in a facilities environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
