The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of property assets within a not-for-profit organisation. This role is based in London and will suit someone with expertise in property maintenance and repair.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of property fabric components.
  • Identify and address minor repairs, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of facilities.
  • Manage and maintain tools and equipment required for property repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Provide support in emergency situations, including out-of-hours callouts when necessary.
