
DIGITAL ADMINISTRATOR

- Producing and finishing printed materials, from basic documents to professional-quality projects.
- Creating and editing documents and graphics using software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Keeping multi-functional devices stocked and in working order.
- Maintaining office and print supplies, handling stock and usage reports for billing.
- Assisting users with printing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and other equipment.
- Managing equipment loans and providing training on items like laptops, cameras, and AV tools.
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT helpdesk queries, logging and escalating issues.
- Supporting the technical team with IT, AV, and equipment-related tasks.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in printing, reprographics, or technical support is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
